AI training
Half-day workshop formatTool-agnosticBuilt for non-technical teams

AI for teams, plainly.

Hands-on workshops for small teams that want to actually use AI tools well. No hype, no jargon, no prompt-engineering theater. We work on the actual jobs your team does — and they walk away using these tools the way they should have been using them all along.

What you get

A workshop, not a
webinar.

01

Workshop format

Hands-on, on-camera if remote, in-person if you're nearby. Your team works on their actual tasks — not toy examples — while I show how to get useful output.
02

Plain language

No prompt-engineering jargon. No "tokens" and "context windows" lectures. Just the practical patterns that actually move work forward.
03

Tool-agnostic

Whether your team uses ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or something else — the principles transfer. I'll show you what to do, not which logo to memorize.
04

A reference your team keeps

Written follow-up document with the patterns we covered, the prompts that worked for your specific workflows, and the gotchas. Something they can come back to.
Who it's for

Small teams who want
to actually use this stuff.

  • Small teams (typically 3 to 25 people) where AI tools are around but underused
  • Owners who want their team to use AI well without forcing yet another corporate training course
  • Professional services firms — agencies, consultants, accountants, lawyers — where the work is mostly writing, reading, and analysis
  • Operations teams that want to stop doing the same manual tasks but aren't sure what AI can or can't actually help with
Common questions

What people ask
before booking.

Who is this for?

Small teams that have access to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) but aren't getting much real value out of them. Owners who want their team to use AI well, not perform AI literacy.

What does a session look like?

Hands-on workshop format. Your team brings actual work they do — emails, reports, customer messages, spreadsheets — and we work through how to use AI tools on that work. No theory dumps. No slide decks full of buzzwords.

Do I need any tech background?

No. This is built for non-technical people doing real jobs. If you can use email, you can use these tools well — most people just haven't been shown how.

Will you sell us a stack of new tools afterward?

No. Most teams already have what they need. The training is about using it well, not about adding more software to your monthly bill.

How long does it take?

Usually a half-day session, sometimes split across two shorter sessions if that fits your team better. We scope it on the discovery call.

Investment

Scoped to your team,
not a package.

Training scales with team size and the kind of work they do. We'll talk through what your team actually needs on a free call before any numbers are quoted.
